Zumba Fitness
The ZUMBA® program fuses Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Our goal is simple: We want you to love working out. You'll achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life! We recommend that you bring indoor gym shoes, a water bottle, and a towel.

Gentle Yoga
Take a gradual and gentle approach to moving your body. We will do exercises that stretch muscles, improve circulation and internal functions, heat the core, strengthen the respiratory system, relax the nervous system and address general body aches and pains.

Kid's Yoga
This Kid's Yoga program will empower and encourage. It is challenging while being inclusive to all levels. We will work together to design a fun and effective class for the body, mind and spirit. For athletes looking to improve flexibility, balance and core strength, this is a great off-season training!
