Weights & Abs
Starts gentle and easy, steadily increasing up to a tough workout. We begin this class with some gentle yoga to wake up the body and loosen up the back and legs. We then move to an ab and lower back routine to strengthen the muscles that keep us trim and is a remedy to avoid back-pain. We finish with a challenging set of upper body resistance exercises to keep us strong and our metabolism burning steady.

Pilates & More
Building a strong and healthy core, in a fun fitness workout. Exercises target core muscles of the abdomen, hips, thighs, and butt. Develop long lean-looking supportive muscle aimed at improving control of core mechanics and body alignment. Finish the class with an eclectic combination of fitness activities including balance training, strength training, or stretching.

Vinyasa Yoga
This class is in the style of Prana Vinyasa Flow, which is an energetic, creative, full-spectrum approach to embody the flow of yoga. Judith is actively studying under the instruction of Shiva Rea in-person and online with the Samudra Global School of Yoga.

Zumba Gold (chair)
All the benefits of ZUMBA® but at a lower-impact pace. ZUMBA Gold® is designed for older adults or the true beginner. This class will be done mostly sitting in a chair. It is $4 a class. Come join the party!
