Judith Wonacott - Private & Group Instruction in Pilates & Yoga, ZUMBA Fitness

Judith graduated from Michigan State University Honors College with a degree in Humanities and a Dance Specialization.   She was a member of the international group, Up with People as a Principal dancer performing in 5 countries and 15 states including the 1996 Olympic Welcoming Ceremonies.  She taught and studied dance in New York City for two years.  There she became a Certified Movement Analyst from the Laban/Bartenieff Institute of Movement Studies and a Certified Pilates Instructor from the PhysicalMind Institute.  After moving back to her hometown, she founded bodywise in 2002.  Since 2009 she has been part of the ZUMBA Instructor Network (ZIN) and has obtained licenses in ZUMBA Basic 1 & 2, ZUMBA Pro-Skills, ZUMBA Gold, ZUMBA Kids and ZUMBA Sentao.  In 2013, Judith became a Certified Group Exercise Instructor with the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) and American Heart Association's Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED Certification.  Judith most recently has completed her contact hours towards a 500 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in the style of Vinyasa Flow with Shiva Rea. Specializing in back issues, Judith strives to inspire a healthy body inside and out.  

Suzanne Kearns - Massage Therapy

Suzanne has been doing Therapeutic Massage since 2006 and graduated from The Health Enrichment Center in Lapeer, MI.  She continued her education in the Advanced Practitioner program, and graduated in 2008. The last 2 years of schooling gave her the opportunity to work with Detroit Lions football team, and also the U of M swim team, for sports massage.  She spent many hours at the VA Hospital, and Hospice for a more medical approach. Since graduating, she has been working at The Great Lakes Athletic Club in Lake Orion and Class Action Fitness in Rochester Hills. Being a part of keeping people in good balance through Massage Therapy is what truly motivates her.  By reducing muscle tension, my clients will be able to improve their athletic performance.  Overall stress levels can be managed safely and effectively, with massage therapy as well.  Whatever the needs are, she would like to be a part of the choice for a healthy lifestyle! 

Nicole Parsons-Nagy - Massage Therapy

Nicole is dedicated to providing an individualized massage treatment to help clients achieve an overall body balance.  With over ten years of experience, Nicole combines relaxation techniques with deep tissue work.  This includes assisted range of motion, light stretching, myofacial work, trigger point release, neuromuscular techniques and Swedish Massage.  Nicole is a graduate of the Health Enrichment Center of Lapeer, Michigan, a state accredited school.
