Judith Wonacott, CMA, CPI

Judith graduated from Michigan State University Honors College with a degree in Humanities and a Dance Specialization.   She was a member of the international group, Up with People as a Principal dancer performing in 5 countries and 15 states including the 1996 Olympic Welcoming Ceremonies.  She taught and studied dance in New York City for two years.  There she became a Certified Movement Analyst from the Laban/Bartenieff Institute of Movement Studies and a Certified Pilates Instructor from the PhysicalMind Institute.  After moving back to her hometown, she founded bodywise in 2002.  Since 2009 she has been part of the ZUMBA Instructor Network (ZIN) and has obtained licenses in ZUMBA Basic 1 & 2, ZUMBA Pro-SkillsZUMBA Gold, ZUMBA Kids and ZUMBA Sentao.  In 2013, Judith became a Certified Group Exercise Instructor with the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) and American Heart Association's Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED Certification.  Judith most recently has completed her contact hours towards a 500 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in the style of Vinyasa Flow with Shiva Rea. Judith is actively studying under the instruction of Shiva Rea in-person and online with the Samudra Global School of Yoga. Specializing in back issues, Judith strives to inspire a healthy body inside and out.

One Hour Duet Session - 2 people - $30 each

One Hour Trio Session - 3 people - $20 each

We can also serve you and your group in a Group Private Session.

To prevent being billed for sessions not attended, we require twenty-four (24) hours notice for any changes or cancellations for booked sessions.

 The Pilates Method is a series of controlled movements that will develop long, lean-looking supportive muscles.  It targets the core muscles of the abdomen, hips, thighs and butt.
 In a private training, the exercises are performed on specially designed apparatuses such as the Pilates Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair and other small equipment.
 Why?  In a personal training session you will enjoy individual workouts, supervised by a carefully trained instructor.  This guidance helps reduce the risk of injury and allows for maximum benefits during your workout, ultimately allowing you to experience a higher level of health and wellness.
