We meet weekly, at least three times per month, on Monday’s 5:00-6:00 EST via Zoom. 

We make a meal together that is designed to reduce pain, increase longevity, help you prevent chronic diseases, help maintain your ideal weight AND it tastes great! This meal will be enough for 3-4 days of meals! 

You can ask questions about any new ingredients you're shopping for and trying.

We will talk about the key ingredients to a healthy body, but more importantly you will then be EATING the key ingredients to a healthy body.

This group will make it easy for you to do a health make over with your diet!

Increase your vitality, energy and reduce pain.

You’ll receive the recipe a few days before so that you have time to purchase and gather ingredients. 

All will happen on Zoom, so log in from your own kitchen! (or anywhere so you never miss a beat!) 

Classes are recorded for you to view later if you have to miss class.

$80 a single month includes… the teachings, guidance, (at least) three classes and fun of cooking together. 

BEST SAVINGS - sign up for a recurring monthly payment of $75 (save $5 off per month) to stay in the group and keep the support going. Cancel at anytime, just give me 1 week notice before the next class, no refunds for the current month.
