Achieved my goals

When I realized that I needed to do something different to improve my health situation I was nervous and overwhelmed. I really appreciate how Judith takes the time to understand what I needed but did not push me to change too much, too fast. Over time, through the program, I was able to adjust my diet and habits at my own pace until I achieved my goals. I now understand my body and what it needs and this has brought me more peace of mind, clarity of thought and pride in what we were able to accomplish together.

Much Less Pain

I have had a lifelong issue with severe stomach issues and I have had remarkably less pain after working with Judith. By making dietary changes recommended by Judith, I have had much less pain. Overall, I have had more energy and sleep better as a result of these changes.

New Ingredients and Recipes

I Learned So Much 

A plant based diet seemed pretty scary to me as, I admit, I am not much of a risk taker with recipes and trying ingredients that are foreign to me. This is where the cooking group was PERFECT for me! Some of the ingredients I had never heard of and didn’t know where to find them. Doing these recipes together helped so much. It was a rewarding adventure each week. I felt prepared to tackle healthier eating by following what I learned. I was shocked to learn how plant-based food can taste so good! I came away thinking about what I was eating every day and more importantly, what I was not eating and need to incorporate more of to ensure my body’s being fueled to stay healthy and active.

Inspired Change 

This group inspired me to explore different ways of using vegetables, eating more vegetables and in different manners. The group inspired me to be more imaginative in the use of vegetables in every day tasty meals utilizing different spices and combinations.
